Welcome to Desert East Animal Hospital, PLLC, your family owned pet hospital in East El Paso! We are a full service small animal pet hospital dedicated to our pets and their owners. We pride ourselves on treating your beloved pets like we would our own and providing unparalleled service and medical expertise for your pets. We are a group of three full time veterinarians in El paso with over 50 years of combined medical skills and knowledge! Dr. Rachael Klein, Dr. Christopher Hopp and Dr. Katharine Nenni are here to help your pet…call our veterinary hospital or come by with your pet to see one of our vets during our Doctors’ Hours.
Here at Desert East Animal Hospital, PLLC, we care for all sizes of dogs and cats plus rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs and some reptiles (please call ahead to see if your exotic pet doctor will be in!). We offer boarding services for your dog or cat in our climate controlled kennels here at our pet hospital . Just remember to book your reservations early at 915-855-4100. We do require proof of all vaccinations including Bordetella or Kennel Cough at least 2 weeks prior to boarding here at our veterinary center . We also require a topical flea and tick preventative we will apply upon admitting your pet to our pet boarding center!
We offer a large array of services ranging from routine wellness exams, vaccines, spays and neuters, heartworm testing and flea & tick preventative all the way to sick care medicine for your pet. If your pet is feeling sick, please bring him/her in for one of our dedicated vets to fully examine your pet from head to toe. Your pet vet will create a treatment plan for your pet and go over our recommendations for treating your pet at our pet hospital.
